What I charge, and what you get for it

Three prices. Each one says what you get, how long it takes, what I need from you, and who should not buy it. They are starting prices: the number grows with scope, and your exact number is fixed before any work starts.

Migration Risk Assessment

5 business days

A migration is coming and you want to know what it puts at risk before you commit to anything bigger.

Ask for the risk assessment

Free 30-minute call first. No pitch, no deck. The price stays €2,500.

“His work on the content audit, keyword focus, and risk identification helped us make informed decisions.”
Mingus Mkubukeli, Senior Digital Marketing Lead, Backbase

What it buys

  • The revenue at risk, in money terms: which pages produce your leads and what share of pipeline runs through them
  • Your top risks, ranked by likelihood and impact, each with the step that prevents it
  • A verdict: go, fix these first, or restructure the plan
  • The list of non-negotiables to hand your developer or agency
  • Credited in full against the migration engagement if we work together within 60 days

What I need from you

  • Read access to Google Search Console and your analytics
  • Which pages bring in leads, and what a lead or a deal is worth to you
  • The plan for the new site: platform, URL changes and launch date

Who should not buy this

  • Organic search brings in no leads yet. There is little revenue at risk to measure. The free migration checklist is the better start.
  • You need the redirects built. The assessment tells your developer what to build; the build stays with them.
  • You want a list of every technical error. A crawl tool gives you that. This ranks the risks by the revenue behind them.

SEO migration engagement

3 to 4 months

Friends of Search award 2023, best SEO case: the Mollie migration

Your new site has a launch date and nobody owns the SEO side of the move.

Talk about your migration

“Baba treated the migration as a lead metric from day one, checked cadence, fixed redirects fast, and combined it with conversion analysis so the new site actually performs better against our ICP.”
Hoang Pham, Head of Marketing, Bedrijfsfitness Nederland

What it buys

  • The risk assessment above as phase one: the pages and keywords that cannot be disrupted, named before the build
  • Redirect mapping and a review of what your new platform does to SEO
  • Launch support on the day
  • 60 days of monitoring after launch, with reviews at 48 hours, 1 week, 1 month and 6 to 8 weeks against a dashboard agreed before launch

What moves the price: the number of indexable pages, a domain change, languages and regions, and the timeline. A 200-page B2B SaaS site moving to Webflow sits close to the starting price. A 2,000-page site with several subdomains and 15 language versions goes well beyond it.

What I need from you

  • Search Console and analytics access, with 12 months of history
  • Revenue from organic: leads or pipeline by page, deal size and close rate, as far as you track them
  • Access to the staging site, early enough to test before launch
  • Direct contact with the developer who ships redirects and technical changes

Who should not buy this

  • You need the new site built. Your developer or agency builds it. I make sure the build protects the pages that bring in leads.
  • Your SEO budget for the move is under €5,000. At that size the work has no room to matter, so I decline it.
  • Your site sells to consumers. My migrations are for B2B sites, measured in leads and pipeline.

Fractional SEO, the nine-month engagement

9 months, 1 to 2 days a week

Organic search should be producing pipeline, your marketing team executes well, and nobody senior sets SEO direction.

“He adapts to whatever the business needs and gives you scenario breakdowns and revenue calculations you can actually trust.”
Fabienne Walch, VP of Marketing, Aquablu

What it buys

  • Senior ownership of the channel, embedded in your team 1 to 2 days a week
  • Keyword strategy, a content system and pipeline attribution
  • Specialists from the small team I work with when the work needs them: content writers, technical SEO, developers, depending on the case. They are paid from the same fee, and I brief them and check everything before it reaches you.
  • Exit points at month 3 and month 6 if it is not working
  • Handover in month 9: the documentation and presentations your team runs without me
  • After month 9, the Quarterly SEO Board: one day a quarter, offered only to clients who finished the nine months, so it has no public price

What moves the price: scope and days per week. I take on at most 3 clients at a time. The ABM SEO version, built around a list of named target accounts, starts at the same €7,500 a month.

What I need from you

  • Access to Search Console, analytics and your CRM
  • Revenue from organic: leads, pipeline and deal size, so the work is measured in money
  • Someone who produces content, in-house or freelance
  • Direct contact with your developer and your content writer
  • The two competitors you lose deals to

Who should not buy this

  • You are under €1M ARR. Buy a strategy once, run it with your own team, and come back when organic has to carry pipeline.
  • You need a lot of content written. An agency serves you better.
  • Your deals are small and close fast. My approach is built for long B2B sales cycles and is too heavy for that.
  • You want an hour a month of advice. I have stopped offering that.

If your budget is under €5,000

None of the three fits, and I would rather say so than scope down to something that cannot work. Tell me what you need and I can introduce you to one of a handful of people I trust and send work to.
